BRILLIANT EARTH COMPARISON TOOL: Mobile Only
Brilliant Earth came to me with a problem they wanted solved on their website. After doing some research and thinking this experience through, I identified what would be the most important details to include in a compare tool and what was most important to the customer.
What was I trying to solve?
Needed to create a comparison tool to make it easy for the customer to compare characteristics and highlight subtle differences
Provide a more qualitative distinction between diamonds where possible
Focus on a mobile experience that was engaging and intuitive, while increasing the visibility of the call-to-action
Functionality:
Create tool that highlights characteristics and subtle differences of a diamond ring
Making usability as streamlined as possible so customer can add/subtract rings as needed
Ability to add to bag from this experience
Ability to scroll vertically and horizontally to see the characteristics in a simplified way
