If I have bandwidth, I’ll often take on freelance work. Some of my clients have included larger corporations, such as Brilliant Earth and Claire’s. With these corporations, I’ve done a number of user experience redesigns, as well as new experience creations.
Each company, no matter how big or small, comes with their own set of problems they’re trying to solve since each company has their own target audience, and their own device usage. For example, Claire’s has a much higher trafficked mobile website like most e-commerce sites, while Brilliant Earth has a much more trafficked desktop site due to the high price thresholds. With each of these experiences, they’ve gone into user testing and have performed to give a positive improvement to the customer experience.
