CLAIRE’S FAQ
Claire’s is a global company targeted at kids and tweens. The overall design prior to the redesign was very heavy in purple and hard to read. I worked on overall design changes for the global site experience and organized the Frequently Asked Questions into buckets so the page was easier to navigate and was scalable for future enhancements and implementations. Since they were in the process of implementing a Buy Online Pick Up In-Store experience, I made sure to incorporate that into the FAQ layout so customers had an easier way of finding the answers to all of their questions.
What was I trying to solve?
Reduce customer friction by organizing the FAQs into buckets rather than having a super long list of questions the customer would have to sort through
Utilize various design elements to help the customer find what they’re looking for, quickly
Old experience displayed too many options at once, needed to simplify
Make the overall page more usable and direct
Functionality:
Since this page would be targeted towards parents, I implement UI updates to help with readability on the page
Allow for future scalability
Incorporate easy access for customer to understand Buy Online Pick Up In-Store experience
