At Interactive Data, I worked with a contracted team to redesign and restructure their eSignal product line, while simultaneously moving the eCommerce site to an entirely new platform. I was involved from the beginning stages of assisting outside sources in revamping the site conversion funnel. We started with sitemaps, moved to wireframes and then implemented the design elements of the page.  


What was I trying to solve?

  • Old experience was not mobile friendly

  • Needed to make a clear subscriber section and a prospective subscriber section

  • Wanted to make it more e-commerce focused

  • Make it easier for the customer to understand the different products offered

FUNCTIONALITY:

  • Went from desktop only experience to a fully responsive website, with mobile first mentality

  • Organized to help the user journey and funnel the customer to purchase

  • Personalized experiences based on existing customers or prospective customers
