Fuzzy
When I started at Fuzzy, my first project was to strategize and create care plans for pets. In under 3 months, we were able to launch a first iteration that set the stage for our upcoming retention program. After the launch of care plans, I began working on consult automation which included customer facing experiences in iOS and android apps, as well as focusing on internal efficiency.
At Fuzzy, the timelines were aggressive, but we were able to successfully launch all projects on time and appropriately revise the scope as needed in order to accomplish on-time launches.
