At, many of the projects include designing simple, innovative and user-friendly solutions for web and mobile. Using my skills in UI/UX design and web design, I am able to make a consistent user experience on web and mobile, which allows the customer to continue down the purchase funnel.

For website redesigns, I want to maximize the customer journey so I start with defining user flows and creating flowcharts. From there, I begin sketching out wireframes, then I transfer that information into Photoshop and begin adding the visual elements of the page. Next, I put the whole experience into InVision to have a functioning prototype to review. Once the project is approved, it gets transferred to developers and is visible in a dev or staging environment. Lastly, I conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback in a clean and easy-to-understand way using as many visuals and including as many specs needed to fix any problems.

Many technological improvements have been launched successfully with my involvement for desktop and mobile, including: Buy Online, Pick Up In Store, a new Store Locator experience, launch of a Digital Invitation platform, replatform of entire site from MarketLive to DemandWare, launch of User Generated Content implementation using Curalate technology, and the new look and feel of the Halloween City website.
